Over the years, Gould has owned a wide variety of real properties, including many single-tenant, net leased, properties. Moreover, because of board and management positions taken in various banking institutions (e.g., Yonkers Bank, Bankers Federal, and the Bank of Great Neck), along with relatively significant ownership positions in these and other banks (e.g., Bayside Federal and North Fork Bank), Gould and its principals have extensive experience in real estate bank lending as well.

One Liberty’s primary business is the acquisition and ongoing ownership of a geographically diverse portfolio of non-cannabis net leased retail and industrial properties. It currently owns 120 properties in 30 states consisting of approximately 11 million square feet.
